Rosda School was started by the late Mrs. Esther Attoh on 7th September 2004, after over 20 years of teaching experience. From a humble beginning within a family residence, we have expanded year by year to become a full-fledged school serving Crèche through Junior High levels. Our motto, “Success is our concern,” resonates in everything we do.

Rosda School was started by the late Mrs. Esther Attoh on 7th September 2004. The concept of establishing a learning institution came from her over 20 years of teaching. With the experience she had gained over the years, she decided to resign from where she was working and establish her own. The school started very small since she didn't have enough capital to invest in the business. She couldn't also access bank credit since she was just starting and they were not certain about the success of the school. So she had to convert some parts of the family residence into classrooms to kick start. Bit by bit, block by block and with the kind and endless mercies and favour of Jehovah God, Rosda is a success story today. It started as a preschool and year after year, streams were added and now Rosda is a full fledged school and is now a priority option for parents who seek admission for their wards.
Under the leadership of our Headmistress, Miss Victoria Dzandza, and our two dedicated directors—Mr. Ross Attoh (Jnr) and Miss Rhodalyn Attoh—Rosda School maintains a workforce of 28 staff members and 3 management personnel. Our core values of Discipline, Integrity, and Excellence guide our Mission of building strong academics, enhancing moral development, and nurturing each learner's unique talents.
Since registering our first batch of BECE students in 2016, we have achieved stellar results year after year. We blend Montessori principles in our preschool, adopt the Cambridge curriculum from Basic 1-3, and follow NaCCA guidelines from Basic 4-9. This dynamic mix ensures our learners are well-equipped to thrive in an ever-complex and evolving global environment.
